1. About Song Sniper

Song Sniper is designed to assist with the monitoring, review and analysis of music recordings, metadata, copyright information, licensing information, attribution and related rights data.

Song Sniper is an intelligence and auditing tool. Information, alerts, classifications and assessments generated through the platform are intended to identify matters that may require further investigation. They do not constitute legal conclusions or legal advice.

2. Access to the Service

Song Sniper is a private platform. Access is limited to authorised users and may require approval before an account can use the service.

You must:

• provide accurate account information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• use only your own authorised account; and
• notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
